The ad spend budget that is agreed upon will always be exhausted before the campaign is put on hold or canceled. We will not offer any refunds for unused ad spend. All spend change requests and cancellations must have a 5-day notice period. If the change request is submitted at the last minute and the renewal happens, we will run the campaign for the amount that was renewed, and the spend change request will be in effect for the following month.
How to use this service:
- Select and activate this product Digital Ads: Campaign and any add-ons you may need.
- Fill out the form with all required assets. Proceed to the next step and click on the Edit button beside the wholesale cost. Enter the exact wholesale ad spend budget you would like for this campaign.
- You will see the campaign amount you’ve entered as a recurring charge, plus the monthly management fee, and the one-time setup fee. You’ll be charged the first month’s spend, management fee, and setup fee upon activation. The following month you will only be charged the wholesale ad spend amount plus the management fee.
